Shipping

Due to our warehouse being overseas, the typical delivery time frame is between 12 to 30 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. Most orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exquisitejewelers@yahoo.com
